Trends & patterns
Financial year runs September to August — the year and all cumulative curves reset on 1 September. No radar chart: these three show change over time, which a radar cannot.
Themes & signals
Themes across all entries for the period, in the guest's own words. Where a theme leans heavily to one guest type, region or age band, that is noted inside the theme — that is where demographics earn their place.
Recognition — named staff, kept separate from scores
When guests name a team member in praise, they appear here — larger the more often they are named. This never feeds lodge sentiment scores. Recognition only; we never track who is not named.
Public reputation — tracked, not blended
Separate from the internal score. Public, already aggregated, not in your control. Manual entry for now — Google via the official API and an aggregator come later.
Constructive-feedback digest — improvement list, held for your sign-off
The concern-tagged feedback for the past week, grouped by lodge, ready to forward to each lodge manager for their comments. Positive feedback is kept out of this list. It also generates automatically every Monday and is held for your review — nothing goes to managers until you release it.
